At Canyon, we believe achieving success is a process that can be learned, practiced, and applied throughout life. Rather than focusing on a single outcome, we help individuals develop the habits, skills, confidence, and mindset that support achievement across academics, careers, athletics, relationships, leadership, health, and personal growth.
Our work is guided by the ACHIEVE Method, a research-informed framework that helps individuals identify meaningful goals, assess their current reality, build on their strengths, take consistent action, and create measurable progress over time.
We also believe the most effective programs are built with partners, not for them. Whether working with families, schools, community organizations, employers, residential programs, athletic programs, or individual clients, we begin by listening. We take the time to understand unique goals, challenges, and aspirations before designing a customized path forward.
Unlike traditional programs that often focus on a specific issue or population, the ACHIEVE Method provides a repeatable framework that can be applied across every stage of life. Students learn confidence, life skills, and future readiness. Adults develop clarity, accountability, leadership, and personal effectiveness. Athletes strengthen focus, resilience, discipline, and performance. The process remains the same because the principles of achievement are transferable.
Canyon was also built as a virtual-first organization. Our leadership team has been at the forefront of online education, virtual learning, workforce development, and digital engagement for decades. From helping build and scale one of the nation's largest online education organizations to leading technology-enabled learning and performance platforms serving millions of users, our team understands how to create meaningful relationships, accountability, coaching, and results in a virtual environment.
Our team has spent a lifetime studying, teaching, leading, and living the principles of achievement. Today, we help others do the same.
Canyon Behavior, Education & Performance Services is guided by a leadership and advisory team with decades of experience helping individuals, organizations, and communities achieve meaningful growth and success. Our collective expertise spans:
What makes Canyon unique is the breadth of real-world experience behind our approach. Our advisors include educators, executives, athletes, healthcare professionals, workforce development leaders, and business operators who have spent their careers helping others learn, grow, perform, and achieve.
From leading major education and technology organizations to developing workforce solutions, coaching leaders, competing at elite levels of athletics, and supporting individuals across diverse life stages, our team understands that success requires more than knowledge alone. It requires purpose, confidence, accountability, adaptability, and consistent action.
This interdisciplinary foundation allows us to connect achievement principles across education, careers, athletics, leadership, health, and personal growth, helping individuals develop a repeatable process for success that can be applied throughout their lives.
Our mission is to help people turn aspirations into achievement. Through the ACHIEVE Method™, we help individuals identify meaningful goals, build positive habits, develop confidence, and take consistent action toward success. Using a flexible virtual model, we provide the structure, accountability, and guidance needed to create lasting growth across education, careers, athletics, relationships, health, leadership, and life.
Success is not a destination. Success is a process.
